These terms explain how we work with you when you book Creative Crew Events. We have kept them short and in plain words.

Clear plansEverything is agreed in writing before we start.

Fair changesTell us early and we will adjust the plan.

On timeOur crew arrives early for setup and clears up after.

By booking with Creative Crew Events (Chetganj, Varanasi) for decoration, planning, sound, lights or related services, you agree to the terms below.

01Our services

We provide event planning, decoration, stage, sound and lighting for weddings, engagements, birthdays, sangeet and mehndi nights, and corporate events.

The exact services for your event are listed in the quote or plan we share with you. Anything not listed there is not part of the booking unless we agree to it in writing.

02Booking and confirmation

A date is confirmed only after we agree on the plan and price in writing. A message, email or WhatsApp is fine.

Any advance amount and the payment schedule are stated in your confirmed quote.
Until a booking is confirmed, we cannot hold a date for you.
Please check the confirmed quote carefully and tell us at once if anything looks wrong.

03Payments

Payments are made as set out in your confirmed quote. We will share a clear note of what has been paid and what is due.

Please pay only against the amounts agreed in writing.
Ask us for a receipt or confirmation message for every payment.

04Changes by you

Please tell us about changes to the date, venue, guest count or design as early as possible. We will do our best to adjust the plan.

Any change in cost will be shared with you before we go ahead.

05Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as you can.

Refunds or adjustments depend on how far the planning and material preparation have gone. These are agreed with you in your confirmed quote.

06Venue and access

You are responsible for making sure our crew can enter the venue at the agreed times for setup and take-down, and for any permissions the venue requires.

Delays in access can affect the setup, and the agreed look may need to be simplified.

07Materials and equipment

Decoration items, equipment and props supplied by us remain our property unless the quote says otherwise.

Please look after them during the event. Loss or damage caused by guests or the venue may be charged.

08Designs and natural materials

We follow the look agreed with you. Flowers, colours and materials can vary slightly because of availability, weather and lighting.

If a significant change is needed, we will tell you in advance.

09Photos and videos

We may take photos or videos of our setup to show our work on our website and social pages. If you prefer that we do not, please tell us before the event.

10Limits on our responsibility

We take care to deliver what we have agreed. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, power failure, venue restrictions or government orders.
